Upload a gift export and see which donors have gone quiet, based only on what they did. The ten to start with, in seconds.

Everything above is observed: dates and counts from your file. Why a donor went quiet is not in the data. They may have forgotten, moved their giving to another cause, had a change in money or health, or given in a way your file doesn’t record, such as cash or a gift through a family member. Treat each name as a reason to reach out and ask, not as a conclusion about the person.
Order: donors furthest past their own usual gap first, then the newest one-time donors, then donors quiet for a year. A donor appears in one group only.
Your donor data never leaves your browser. Files are read on your device, are not uploaded or stored, and are gone when you close the tab. This page sets no analytics cookies and loads no Google Analytics. Our website host counts page visits without cookies, and never receives your file. Donor IDs are enough: you do not need names or emails.
Close, but not the same. A LYBUNT report uses calendar years: gave last year, not yet this year. This tool works back from your export date: the “Quiet for a year” group is donors whose last gift was 12 to 24 months before that date. Run it in December and the two lists are close. Run it in March and a LYBUNT list will also include donors who gave only a few months ago.
Filter your gift export for donors with a gift dated last calendar year and no gift dated this year. Many donor databases have a LYBUNT report built in.
No. It lists what each donor did: how many gifts, and how long since the last one. It does not predict, and it does not know why a donor went quiet.
The free tool shows the ten to start with. Contact them, record what happened, then run it again.
It keeps the full list current, suggests a next step for each person, and records what happened afterwards.
